Welcome to Aja Design. These Terms of Service apply when you visit or make a purchase from ajadesigncph.com.

About Aja Design

Aja Design is an independent jewellery brand based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Our pieces are designed and handmade in small batches.

Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and materials as accurately as possible. As many of our pieces are handmade and may include natural materials such as freshwater pearls and gemstones, slight variations in colour, shape, texture and size may occur. These variations are part of the individual character of each piece and are not considered defects.

Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, product availability issue, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Shipping

Orders are shipped from Denmark. Available shipping methods, prices and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns and cancellations

Returns and cancellations are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable Danish or EU consumer protection law.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@ajadesigncph.com with your order number and relevant details so we can assist you.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including Aja Design branding, product designs, photographs, graphics and written content, belongs to Aja Design or is used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aja Design is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order, subject to applicable law.
