Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Aja Design piece. If you change your mind, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@ajadesigncph.com before sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when exercising their right of withdrawal. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Original shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Custom or personalized items

Custom-made or personalized products cannot normally be returned unless they are defective or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection law.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under Danish or EU consumer protection law.
