Shipping

All Aja Design orders are carefully packed and shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order has been confirmed. During busy periods, launches or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and are shown at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be available when your order reaches the minimum order value shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or customs processing.

International orders

We currently ship to selected international destinations.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please make sure your delivery information is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@ajadesigncph.com.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, or an uncollected parcel, may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@ajadesigncph.com with your order number so we can investigate the issue with the carrier.
